FOCUS+ collects only the information necessary to provide our educational services. This includes your name, username, role (student, teacher, parent, recruiter), and learning progress data. For students, we may collect date of birth. For recruiters, we may collect military branch affiliation.
Your information is used solely to personalize your learning experience, track academic progress, enable account linking between roles (parent-student, teacher-student), and improve the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure session management, and role-based access controls. Your password is never stored in plain text.
FOCUS+ is committed to protecting the privacy of minors. Student data is only accessible to linked parent and teacher accounts. We comply with applicable student data privacy regulations and never use student data for advertising.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is httpOnly and secure. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at raheem.navy.hr@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
FOCUS+ is and will always remain free to use. There are no paid tiers, no premium features behind paywalls, and no subscriptions. Every feature is available to every user. Your progress reflects your discipline — nothing more, nothing less.
By using FOCUS+, you agree to use the platform for its intended educational purposes. You agree not to attempt to circumvent the learning system, manipulate progress metrics, share account credentials, or engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users' experience.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user should have their own account. Account sharing is prohibited. Parents and teachers should use the official account linking feature rather than accessing student accounts directly.
FOCUS+ strives to provide accurate, high-quality educational content. However, AFQT projections and score estimates are predictions based on your practice performance and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes. Actual test scores may vary.
FOCUS+ is provided as-is. While we strive for consistent uptime, the platform may experience maintenance periods or temporary outages. We are not liable for any interruption in service.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of FOCUS+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
