FOCUS+ is an education first platform built by an active duty service member focused on improving academic readiness through discipline, structure, and focused learning.
The foundation of FOCUS+ comes from lived experience. Advancing from a GED through undergraduate education and ultimately earning a master's degree required discipline, structure, and self study. That experience reinforced a clear belief: with focused effort, the right materials, and consistent structure, people can grow academically regardless of where they start.
FOCUS+ was created to support focused, self directed learning through structured academic preparation. The platform is currently being developed and refined through service related academic standards, where measurable benchmarks and real world feedback allow the system to improve responsibly.
The long term vision of FOCUS+ extends beyond military preparation. It is designed to grow into a broader learning ecosystem that supports teachers, parents, adult learners, and students preparing for college coursework, standardized exams, or skill reinforcement.
At its core, FOCUS+ is about focus itself. Reducing distraction, strengthening fundamentals, and creating intentional learning environments. This vision ultimately includes a dedicated educational device designed to help learners engage deeply, study consistently, and build confidence through disciplined learning.
Learning begins with an initial assessment to establish a clear baseline of a student's current understanding. Instruction is then personalized to meet the learner where they are, adjusting content and pace as mastery improves. The system focuses on strengthening fundamentals first before advancing, ensuring progress is built on understanding rather than guessing.
FOCUS+ is designed to support educators, not replace them. Teachers can track student progress, identify skill gaps, and reinforce foundational concepts using clear, data driven insight.
All educator tools within FOCUS+ are provided at absolutely NO cost. There will never be paid subscriptions, premium features, or restricted access!

FOCUS+ allows parents and guardians to set personalized learning goals based on each student's needs. Expectations such as required study time or lesson completion can be established before access to other activities, reinforcing accountability, focus, and intentional technology use. Progress & engagement remain visible so routines can be adjusted as needed.
I have always known I wanted to leave a footprint on this earth, not only as a Christian, but as a contributing member of society. I never considered myself exceptionally educated or super brilliant — perhaps even the opposite. Ironically, over time I came to understand that my strength lies elsewhere. I am an innovator.
For years I believed I was simply lazy. I was constantly looking for ways to simplify life, eliminate unnecessary steps, and create smarter paths forward. What I eventually realized is that this was not avoidance of work. It was problem solving at my core.
FOCUS+ was developed on the foundation of that realization. Building something meaningful requires time, discipline, and a genuine desire to serve others. It is not about perfection or prestige, but about consistency. This platform reflects a belief that intentional effort, guided by purpose, can create lasting impact.

FOCUS+ is 100% completely FREE to use for ALL. We believe financial barriers should never stand between motivated learners and their educational goals or their desire to serve their country!
Too often, individuals are expected to pay out of pocket for preparation, tutoring, or study materials simply to meet academic requirements for service, education, or technical opportunities. FOCUS+ was created to remove that burden and provide access to structured preparation without cost.
This platform is sustained through dedicated volunteer effort and generous support from those who believe in our mission and what focused learning can create. Donations help maintain the platform, improve content, & expand access across America!
